I am ready to go crazy with this as I have been working on it all day! I though it may have been the problem with the single quotes, but I've already added the fix for that & it didn't correct the problem. When I add a category, the nuke_catagories table remains empty in the database.
Also I get a blank Categories Menu block AND the following message appears when I click on the Universal module..
