linking problem

hey ok, i have my phpnuke site up running and fine and im loving it, now i wanna ad content but ive hit a wall,

im using a module that opens a given url to the right of the blocks on the left. its nukewrap or an equivalent
so i have my header above as normal, my module block and other blocks on the left, and the desired page in the right hand side of this page,
its still is exactly how i want it, till i start using links
from this page i want to open up another section of the page,
when i click the link the desired page loads up, but it loads up in the same browser but it appears on screen minus my modules block on the left and my header, im baffled on how to get the desired page to load up within the the same part of my nuke site the first page loaded
