Opening a custom page inside of nuke

So i made a module and activated it. but it opens up off site. I would like it to open up actually inside of the theme.

For example http://pubnub.net/golf/index.php

Click on the Tournament link opens out side of the theme. i would like it to open inside.

in the functions, you left out these 2 items:

include('header.php');

// your code here

include('footer.php');
