Here my actual situation
Phpnuke 6.5 with phpbb 2.x installed and running no problem
vbulletin 3.6.8 installed and running no problem.

My request is:

export phpbb to vbulettin
integrate use registration
create vbulletin last 10 forums bloc for phpnuke

SMF is a great and complete CMS
I want only replace phpbb with vbulletin.

What you are asking is not an easy thing to do. There will be a lot of time involved, and I cannot imagine anyone doing a conversion like that for less than the price of vBulletin.
