There seems to be a problem with the MySQL server, sorry for the inconvenience.

We should be back shortly.

I'm running Apache 2, PHP 5, and MySQL 5.0.45 on Ubuntu 7.10.
I am sure that the config is correct and the MySQL server is working. (I am able to access it through phpmyadmin)

Would recommend trying the Connection Test script to see what errors come up

Now, when I clicked the button to submit the superuser data, it returned another error:

Hmmm OpenTable() should be defined in your theme.php file.
Do you have the DeepBlue theme as the default?

Personally there are probably enough errors with 8.0, I wouldn't use it at all. I recommend RavenNuke from http://www.ravenphpscripts.com
Properly tested and more secure.

I put Raven on the server and gave it the same config as the current nuke. When I try to access I get a 500 Server Error. The server error logs don't show any problem. The other nuke still works fine.

Wow what host are you using? Sounds like there may be some issues with their configuration

Um, it's a local server. Nuke works fine. Is there a problem with the tables? They are set up for Nuke, is there another setup for Raven?
