Upgrade from 6.9 to something current (Price Quote needed)

I've tried to update the site b4 and somewhere it goes bad for me.
So lookign to have this done by some who done this a few times b4.

It's current version is 6.9 (Can't remember which patch)

Win 2k3 box
Apatche 2
MySQL 4.1.1.4
PHP5

db size aprox 45 megs

NukeSentine 2.0.2 on there.

Out of all the modules most are standard. Though I do have a Clear Chat module that I would like to keep if possible.

I can open access for you to connect directly to SQL db so you wont need to use mysqladmin.

Please let me know.
