Some of you might be suprised to see this, So am i, Being a member of the site over a year ago i decided to renew my account.
So i did, I followed the links and paid the money and then i clicked the button to return to the merchant from paypal

I got a message saying "Module not Active" and i still didnt have premium member access, So i waited a day to see what would happen, Nothing to my suprise.

So i went in search of some contact email, I send a message through the Customer Support module, AND serveral emails to the email address which i got with my paypal payment "siradmin@thethemes.cc" I also browsed the HUGE members list of the site and sent Svend a private message through that, I believe i had done everything in my power to contact sombody... So i waited a couple of weeks and still no reply...

Today i paid again, In hope i could get onto the premium forums and tell sombody about my problem (Stupid mistake) yet again, I still have no access, Had no reply from the website admin/team and im in no doubt i have just lost $60

If you do not believe me, And your prepared to loose money then try registering yourself, I would respect if you can make as many people aware as this as possible. The reason why i call this a scam is because the main site is clearly advertising to "sign up for premium" when it doesnt even work, This admin should close down the whole payment module if he doesnt plan on giving premium access!!

PS: I have been waiting now over 2 weeks for a reply.

Yes i am very angry and annoyd.

Thanks for sharing your experience with us Gooner2008 and I am sorry to hear about your situation , however , I am sure there is a logical explantation for this but it's best if the communication is between yourself and TheThemes. I Hope you get it worked out .
