Hi, for years I have been missing a few icons in the admin module.

Forums, simply not there.

Its like the system trips out along the way but returns a few icons.

Where do I start to even figure this out?

Also, search function on nukecops.com is broken.

You should either have a file in
admin/links/links.forums.php
Or
modules/Forums/admin/links.php
