Please run the script mysql_fix_privilege_tables that should be included in your MySQL server distribution to solve this problem!
This is the error I'm getting. I am a complete beginner and would like to get my site up and running. I would apprecite any help. Thanks for your patience.

Really that has nothing to do with phpNuke.
If you installed MySQL server yourself, you need to find and run the script indicated. If not, then you will need to talk to your host to fix the problem
