Hello,
Firstly, I would like to say hello to everyone sence I'm new here and I hope you guys can help me out with some questions I got Smile.

Anyways, I'm starting to develop interest in PHP and like to start with PHP-nuke setup, I set up the site already but now have some questions on modifying the overall view of it.

How can I create dynamic naviation menus in PHP? or better yet Implement them in PHP-Nuke? I would like to have my menus to works sorta like on this site www.extremevelocity.org , so it would have like a roll over effect, color change for different events, different shape of highlight box when your over the button, the sliding out effect and so on. Would it be really hard to create these options in PHP? I just don't think it is good idea to put javascript menu in PHP, sorta beats the purpose. I'm sorry for such a noob question but everyone has to start somewhere hehe.
Thank you in advance!

4. How to proceed

Here's how to proceed:

*

Download the Treemenu Block package.

http://www.karakas-online.de/phpnuke/block-Treemenu.tgz

*

Extract its contents in the blocks directory. This will create block-Treemenu.php and a subdirectory called "treemenu" containing the node images, the class definition file, an example input file like the one discussed in Section 3 and some documentation.
*

Write your own input file that describes the tree structure of your links.
*

Edit block-Treemenu.php to reflect the correct name of the input file you created.
*

Activate the block from the administartion menu.

Enjoy!
