I have installed PHP Nuke and played around with it a little bit, but before I spend hours and days over material on how to use everything I was curious to see if someone could read what I am trying to accomplish, and then tell me if PHP Nuke is capable of performing these functions:
I basically need to have a website where two different catagories of users can login and create accounts: Owners, and Contractors.
When Owners create their accounts and login, they will need to be able to upload photographs and submit detail and descriptions regarding these photos. When these entries are submitted, notifications are emailed out to all registered Contractors, who will need to be able to login with their own custom IDs and access said entries and communicate with the Owner.
Can this be done?
I didn't see an option to determine whether a user account can be catagory descriptive, because there will need to be limitations between both catagories as to what they can access on the site.
