I have a news feed that I want to integrate into my site.

I can get the feed to appear inside of a block or module ok. But the problem lies in getting the actual article appear as part of my nuke site.

The links reference(and cannot be changed) /catarticle.php in my sites root. There is code in here that pulls the article to my site but it does'nt appear as part of the nuke site.

So I was thinking that I could use mod rewrite to link to a module that has the code to pull the article. I have mod_rewrite working for all the nuke standard stuff already.

Here is what I have so far:

header.php
url in section
Code:
"'(?<!/)catarticle.php\?articleid=([0-9]*)&e=([0-9]*)'"

url out section
Code:
"catarticle-\\1-\\2.html"

.htaccess
Code:
RewriteRule ^catarticle-([0-9]*)-([0-9]*).html /modules.php?name=catarticle&articleid=$1&e=$2

in header.php, I added a comma to the last line and added these to lines to each section. So order is not the issue.

Everything still works except I am not getting the url to change for catarticle.php.

Am I barking up the wrong tree with using rrewrite or did I miss something stupid?

Please and thank you
