I help run a site that we use to play xbox games. Our big game is a fishing game..I know.. We would like to have a way of users to see who all signed up for a room and to add themself. I don't know if any thing is like that. I have looked at a few turniment type add ons but we need something that not just "one v one " Its "everyone v everyone" . Thay play for points and at the end of a tour we have a winner.. If it helps to see what I am talking about here is the site...
