I get a lot of Viagra-links, and even i have to moderate all proposed links it is a lot to do sometimes. How to add a cecurity code to Add links page to avoid spam robots? Or a simple "Check if registered user" code?

edit your /modules/Web_Links/l_config.php and set
$links_anonaddlinklock=0
This will prevent anonymous users to add links.
