I'm using Win XP , PHP Nuke 7.9. When I try to change the name of a block in cyrillic it shows something like this : "&#1084&#1075.....". I have changed the page encoding to cp1251. I also checked the MySQL DB and in the table nuke_blocks it is saved this way. But the Nuke somehow and somewhere removes the "&" with "&" so it becomes very ugly. Can someone help me pls.

I've tested it on linux and there is no problem. Sad

Then why not go with Linux? Proportionally, you will find that there are horrendously more Win problems than Linux. So, for whatever reason, Linux appears to be the best server environment for Nuke.... Why not go with what works and is cheaper?

My sites will be running on Linux env. but I develop the sites @home on Win based PC , so i ask if someone knows a fix. The block titles are not so big problem but it's annoying.

My temp fix is that i've create a stored proc which updates the table nuke_blocks and replaces the "&" with "&" but there should be an easier way.

I also tried to change the admin module where it updates the DB to make that replace but it didnt work. Obviously i've done it wrong Smile
