Need software ported to nuke

I am looking and willing to pay to have a piece of php software modified to operate inside nuke. Fromwhat I have seen I do not think it should be all that difficult to do. The software is available under the the GPU or whatever and is available at http://www.phpmyticket.com/en/.

My need is ASAP or sooner and am willing to pay for your time in rushing this. I may also need some additional help with my website itself, but that is a seperate matter.
