Profile fields - change, search, display

I need to change the profile fields to be specific to my field. I then want people to be able to search for profiles that match the appropriate values. Some of the fields are going to be radio/check box/text/boolean/num.

Tried the Approve Membership mod - it includes the Add Fields mod
