Im a little lost. These scripts, titled like the topic of this post, and as seen on NukeResources.com, transfer ALL the user information/topics/posts etc. from a phpBB STAND-ALONE forum, to the ENTIRE PHP-Nuke portal system........Right?

No, BBToNuke is the port of the phpBB software to work in phpNuke. It is not a conversion for your tables.
You need the phpBB to phpNuke database conversion script
