Bad block prevents access to site

Hi.

I created an HTNL block in my site. Now I can't access the site to delete it. It can't be deleted from the blocks folder because it don't extist there.

Where would I look to delete html code from within the site to regain access. You can look at it here to see what I mean : http://ww.extremehitsradio.com

Use phpMyAdmin, go to your blocks table and delete the entry for that block
