ok so I wanted to add a module to my nuke 7.6 platinum version from clan resources and anyhow to make a long story short the module messed up parts of my site and the more I tried to fix it the worse things got lol.

My web host restored my site but then the site was blank white. So I uploaded and overwrote all the html in my nuke and that brought the site back into view.

I am now having problems with sentinel,it only lets me view the logout in the admin panel,I can access blocks and forums etc from the other links that platinum provides but the main admin I cannot login to and also I had a sentinel block warning hackers and it says "cant access this file directly"

Now what I need to know is what to do so i dont hose down my entire website lol. What exactly do i need to overwrite or re-install etc...

Be gentle,I am an idiot.... Laughing

We all are idiots, don't worry about it.

I would suggest making sure all of your tables are in your database via PHPmyAdmin

the tables seem to be all there,I got the latest sentinel and was going to just overwrite and update it but I saw the folder nsnst_installer and the directions arent clear on what to do with this folder and the contents inside it.The directions seem clear on everything else, just upload the files and go to your admin login and then run nsnst.php and delete or update the tables so now am not sure what to do lol.

is there any way I can get ris of sentinel so I can at least get my admin panel back? god this is really annoying and it's stupid to have such a program that would lock you out if you overwrote files. It works just on the wrong people lol.

kind of late i suppose but i just seen this post.

Nuke Sentinel is not Compatible with 7.6 Platinum (clan), i have PNC 2.1 installed and tried the very same thing.

The thing thats wrong is the mainfile.php and index.php (from Your_Account module) are modded.

to get your admin & site back to order just replace the mainfile.php that you edited with the origional mainfile.php.

maybe get someone who has php knowhow to mod the files for ya.
