Quote to make custom module needed

I would like to find someone to make a custom module and give me a quote for the work.

I have made a sample by hacking another module to show almost exactly what I need and can send the link if you send a private message.

The description is: A preview module similar to a print forum thread page. This module would display each forum thread in a basic format without the buttons, links (except next page), jump menu, etc. I also need an unformatted php page that lists the forum topics and link to this module.

The concept is: I will have the search engines index the php page links and when someone finds a match they can read the one thread where the match was found without registering as a preview. If they want to read more, they can register and use the normal forums module for full access. The left blocks will show in this module.
