Permissions problem

i am running PHP-Nuke Platinum and on my forums i try to set permissions for admins/moderators but when i click "look up group" or "look up user" to set permissions on what they can do the page loads to a blank white screen and stays there. I look at the file this is loading and it is loading 'admin_ug_auth.php' file. Is there something wrong with the coding inside that, or anyway i can switch it with another one to fix my problem so i can make users admins/moderators ? please help me

Do you receive an error messages?

You will get this problem if you are using eaccelerator on your server

nope all i get is when i click on User Permissions is on the right hand side and type a user name in then click on find user the page goes white with no errors and i still have the navigation bar on thr right

this also does this to Group Permissions click on the group then click look up group and page goes white and still have the navigation bar on the left

would this have anything to do with a php server setting or the file it is trying to load in this case 'admin_ug_auth.php'

My problem is similar..see the next thread, it is just my pages never change..everything remains the same. no changes are made after I make changes..it confirms the change, but it never changes.
