When I try setting up admins/moderators on my forums I click on permissions and I type in user name and click the button and then is just goes to a white screen and stays there. But on another site I have it works and lets me see permissions but doesn't let me select certain permissions, I either have to make them full mod or nothing. Can anyone help me ?

php-nuke 7.7 is not being recomended for use. Use 7.6 fully patched. This is your best bet. Check these threads on why you shouldn't use 7.7 http://ravenphpscripts.com/postt5400.html

Notice the "major feature enhancements" part?.. Translated means "Alot of bugs".. But good luck anyways.. If anyone knows the problem here please post!

So your saying I should get 7.6 full patched. Could someone tell me where I could find that? I found a few and the only one that seemed good would prob be the one found here http://www.nukeresources.com/downloadview-details-1030-PHP-Nuke_Patched_7.6_Full_Pack.html

If you wanted some pre-installed modules and hacks, security fixes allready all done you might want a custom package available at alot of great phpnuke sites. like phpnuke platinum www.techgfx.com/ or an different branch of security with
http://www.nukeunited.com/ and the greatest looking
http://www.nukekorea.net/ and a tonne of others.. If I was you I would go with the platinum package as it has the most features bundled. For more of a strong base I would use the regular 7.6 download from phpnuke.org and then patch it with the patches from NukeResources Good luck
