You should not be missing that function - try loading a clean copy of includes/functions_post.php from your phpNuke package

What version are you using? Have you updated your forums?

I add to my forums the mod Categories Hierarchy..

I would recommend upgrading up to BBToNuke 2.0.16 as soon as possible. I don't use that forums mod, so I can't say what it changed. If your forums work without the mod, than I think you may need to get that mod code checked.
