My website, www.ems-asr.com, has been running smoothly and great until today.
Early this morning, I logged into it and everything was fine...then just know...I get this message...
Code:
Warning: main(db/db.php): failed to open stream: Permission denied in /home/emsasrco/public_html/PHP-Nuke1/mainfile.php on line 107
Fatal error: main(): Failed opening required 'db/db.php' (include_path='.:/usr/local/lib/php') in /home/emsasrco/public_html/PHP-Nuke1/mainfile.php on line 107
I am not sure what's going on...the site was fine and nothing was changed or uploaded today so this is out of no where...
I had the same problem today. The permissions on mysql.php were set to 000 and the file was only 55 bytes. I could not delete or rename it. It wouldn't let me change permissions.
I was able to rename the db subdirectory and re-upload from a backup. Was I hacked? How come with the permissions set to 000 I couldn't fix it? My ftp user is the owner?
Thx

I don't know, you may need to check your server's access logs and ask your host
I'm having the same kind of problem all of a sudden today. The site has just gone down in the last hour or so. http://www.socalgeocachers.com/. I get this error...
Quote:
Warning: main(db/db.php): failed to open stream: No such file or directory in /home/socalgeo/public_html/includes/sentinel.php on line 37
Fatal error: main(): Failed opening required 'db/db.php' (include_path='.:/usr/local/lib/php') in /home/socalgeo/public_html/includes/sentinel.php on line 37
My db.php is 52k (is that normal?), my permissions along with all other permissions of files in the db folder is set to 000 and I can't download any of them via FTP from my hoster (iPowerWeb). My config.php is also set to 000 though I can access that. Is that normal as well?
What should the permissions be set at assuming everything else is normal? Does this sound like a Nuke problem or a provider problem?

OK. Now it's back up suddenly. Must be a hosting provider thing.
