When I apply the 'security fix' (index.php, mainfile.php, and modules.php) to 6.5b5 or 6.5b7, I get the following error:

However, there is a nuke_ prefix on all tables according to analyze.
Somewhere the prefix variable was lost or reset.
...maybe the fix does not apply to 6.5 yet?

Replace the mainfile.php that came with the fix with this one.
