i am creating a theme at the moment but the blocks are all over the place and i dont know what to do have a look www.test.techheaven.net and tell me if you can help.

I'm thinking your tables are messed up and that's what's causing the format problems.....but I'm no theme guru by an stretch of the imagination.
The easiest way to start creating themes is to start with one that works and edit it to suit your needs rather than starting from scratch.

Check that all your table tags are being closed properly.. all TABLE, TR, TD, TH
