Can't moderate comments in PHP-Nuke, get Sentinel Error

After a fresh install of PHP-Nuke, patched and Nuke Sentinel installed I cannot moderate the comments for news story items. When I click on the moderate link I get the following error:

Fatal error: Cannot redeclare get_remote_port() (previously declared in /home/***/***/***/***/www/html/includes/sentinel.php:370) in /home/***/***/***/***/www/html/includes/sentinel.php on line 369

The url for this is http://www.*********.com/modules.php?name=News&file=comments

I'm turning off comments for now, but would obviously like to fix this.
