does anyone know how i change the link at the top of this website www.clanfru.com/cs the link that says forums how do i make that direct to www.clanfru.com/forum instead of the root forum.php thanks

Go to your theme's folder and if there is a header.html open that and you will see where to change the link. If that is not there open theme.php and do a search for modules.php?name=Forums and change that to your new link.

cheers dude your a star i also used your info to edit other sites i have takeing the login off etc this was the most usefull post i seen from anyone in these forums thanks again m8
