Private Messages broken

When the tap is on, then the new PM popup shows the site index page (in firefox) and in IE it doesnt tell you the # of new private messages...

I have tried several diffrent combinations of work arounds:

This error happens when the Tap is on, and all the Private Message re-write code is on

This error also happens when the Tap is on and all the Private Message re-write code if remarked out

This error STOPS when the Tap is off.

PLEASE HELP

I am also having this problem. When the PM popup msg window comes up it brings the private message main index in it
