First of, I noticed that when i banned IPs, It didn't take affect..Thats fixed. now, The problem is, When i ban an IP by the reason: Abuse-Other
It doesn't take affect but it takes affects for the other reasons..Any help please?

make sure that you have the rights to make changes to the .htaccess file in Apache. If you don't have access to rw rw rw your not going to be able to make changes to the file.
