Hi, Raven.
As I run Splatt3.2 on Nuke6.0 very well, I want to upgrade
Nuke6.0 ==> 6.5 with Splatt3.2 and try to upgrade Splatt later.
In this regard, I want to remove the unnecessary phpbb.

Could you please let me know any post regarding upgrade with splatt
usage?
I couldnot find it anywhere.

Thanks.

I think that there are some bugs in upgrade module of V60-65,
for username=>uname/session table, uname=>username/config table.

When I tried according to manual, some of them were not changed and displayed errors.

Therefore, I did change lots of target files manually and finally confused that what is what,
as I couldn't load nuke if I didn't change files.
Now I recovered almost all but am very angry to this idiotwise manual.
Of course the Splatt 4.1's Install manual was written in broken English.

I cannot understand why the developers release really nice programs with bad manuals.
They poured out lots of time and efforts but neglected very important finishing
which can be completed at small investment.[/url]

Splatt's author is Italian so it's to be expected any file in other languages might be "broken" as for the field changes in 6.5 those might cause any old non-dev files to fail working because of the changes, Nuke's package will replace its files but as you can understand FB can't account for every 3rd party addon we use.

Hi Free69, I have a question for you - you mention that you ran Splatt3.2 on Nuke6.0 (before upgrading to Nuke 6.5 and Splatt4.1), and that it ran very well.

I have also have Nuke 6 and Splatt3.2 installed, and I noticed that the search function in Splatt 3.2 is not working. Did you have a similar problem and did you manage to fix it. I placed this question also at Splatt's forum, but I believe it can take some there to receive an answer, so if you can help, that would be appreciated.

Thank you.

Thanks naama,
Sorry about that. I already changed to splatt4.1.1 and didn't find
serious problem at 3.2.
Friendly speaking, I didn't know if there was such problems.
Bye!
