how do you prevent a page from being automatically tapped

Hi guys

GT NExt Gen is working great!! However today since install I noticed that it had converted my index.php to a index.html like every other page.

The problem being is that I run index.html as a seperate html page sort of like an introduction page, and the index.php file as the main file to run the phpnuke part of the site.

How do I prevent GT converting the index file?

Have you tried deleting

RewriteRule ^index.html index.php

from your .htaccess files
