Missing posts/ topics from nukecops

Hi All;

I made a post the other night, and had an email to say it had responses. I quickly glanced at the post to read what people had started writing (it was about sentinel, but I wasn't having a go at anyone!)

I've gone to look at the replies, and it gives me a "post not found" type error. (sorry, I really should be more sepcific)- the link is:

(Took me bloody ages to think it all through and write it constructively as well- I think the moderator (Mike something?) was happy with it...)

I've noticed some topics have been locked (which was one of the reasons for my initial post) but has the entire topic actually been deleted?

Also, I've been reading another topic, regarding the sale of nukecops which links to another post regarding what has happened (I think) but that comes up with the same error.

Is it my log in/ system u/s or have you guys deleted several topics/ threads lately?

Just curious, that's all.

Oh, another thing. I do a look at all my posts, it says 6 (probably 8 now) but only comes back with 4 in the search string (probably 6 now) Question

The posts had nothing to do with Sentinel, which is the reason they were deleted.

I take it *some* of the posts were not related... I can understand some of them being deleted. (And I can also understand that deleting the whole topic may have been easier)... would have been nice if I'd been advised, though. (As well with some of the others) Confused

Nope, the topics were NOT deleted! Allow me to explain...

While individual posts are OCCASIONALLY edited or deleted, depending on the circumstance[s], threads are NEVER deleted, to my experience. They are simply moved to a non-public area of the web site. That way you are credited for your efforts in your 'post count.' It's not fair to penalize everyone because of a few bad remarks. Wink
