Can phpNUKE be changed so that the top of page with logo and the modules area across the top always stay in place when scrolling any page and if so can a block be put into that space as well.
Just a thought based on some comments from others that are not as familiar with NUKE. Commenting have a hard time finding way back to home page not thinking to scroll up. Thanks

That would a question for the theme forums.. this would be a case of some serious dhtml/css/javascript coding to accomplish!
