error when i want to change a member in moderator

Hi, i have a problem when i want to change a member in moderator!
it's the error's message:

Couldn't update private forum permissions

DEBUG MODE

SQL Error : 1064 You have an error in your SQL syntax near ' 1)' at line 2

INSERT INTO nuke_bbauth_access (forum_id, group_id, auth_mod) VALUES (4, , 1)

Thanks Also Raven As i Was Getting This error as was like what the hell.. I just installed a Fresh Install of 7.0b1.. The thing is my 6.9 worked fine before .. i didnt know you could install moderators this way..

i mean what is the reason for the error??? is this a bug??
