this is what i get in my error logfile, on the site everything works perfectly..i think

does anyone have any ideas what might be causeing this it did a rather plain install of the compilation pack and then i got the header and footer and .htaccess from the cms site
toe webserver admin said a sutra4883.html is causing the problem but there isnt a file called this..

Well, it's easier for all of us if you can give your website's URL, and tell us exactly what you did when you encounter the error.
well i download the complete pack in the sticky in this thread, installed that, but it didnt work then i went to the cms site to get the header, footer, .htaccess and the serverload file, installed them, then it did work but i got the error msg.. in the log file
