Include the site slogan in the browser's Title bar

At the top of the web page browser (e.g. Internet Explorer or Netscape), the site title is displayed, along with the odd page name.

If you want the site slogan to be displayed there as well (like I have here: http://the-sci-factor.kicks-Rainbow Brite.net then open header.php in the site's root directory and change
