Cobalt Theme Problem

First off, id like to say that the copyright info is not there by default of the theme, not myself, and if anyone has a good way for me to add it back, ill do so because i respect that.

Second, the problem that i am having, is that when i post a news item, im able to bring in a topic picture, and when i preview the "Story" it displays the image that i have located in my topics folder. At that point in time, everything looks as it should. But when i post it to my home page, the picture shows as a broken link (red x inside box). Anyone have any ideas what would cause this?

Third, when you look under forums, at the bottom of the page, there is an error that says: Template->make_filename(): Error - file \phpnuke2\html\themes\Cobalt\forums\overall_footer.tpl does not exist
I have looked in that folder, and there seems to be a overall_header.tpl, but no footer, is there a way to modify another file somewhere to make that error message go away, or to make a overall_footer.tpl file?

the copyright info IS there -right above that error
but to resolve footer error, just create the file overall_footer.html

if you want to put the copyrights into the footer file, here is what SHOULD be in that file

The file structure that i have is http://www.azilko.com/phpsite/images/topics/all_topics_logo.gif

so inside of the phpsite directory, there is that file. Do i need to change the theme to look in the phpsite file? I wouldnt think so, because that is where all of my root files are.
