I have tried to install this string in the RSS area of the block set up: http://rss.syntechsoftware.com/msnbc.xml

When I do that, I get this error on the page:

Warning: mysql_num_rows(): supplied argument is not a valid MySQL result resource in /home/sqzdog/public_html/bulletinboard/includes/sql_layer.php on line 238

What do I do to fix this?

Ok, the problem somehow has "gone away" How do I make it scroll?
