just woundering how long does it take for nukeroyal to start installing E-subscription into a website. as i paid them 24 hours ago and i have had no email.

Try their support forums, you should now have access to them and they usually reply fairly quickly.

the support forums are not on im just getting module disabled and i have emailed them 3 times. they are not responding. i have even said that i have perchase the 50 euro installation but im not getting anywere.

If you get no luck I would recomend opening a dispute with PayPal for both items.

i cant even PM them as that module is no working. i find this funny as i have had bad luck from the start anyway it looks like i might have to open a dispute.

well its now been day 4 and still no reply i have started a dispute on paypal but he has not anwser. it seems to me that i have been had for my money.

thanks to all that have tryed to help me. i will ofcourse keep you all updated on what is happen about this.

I do regret suggesting it, however, I didnt know of there current situation.

dont worry about suggesting it to me it happens. you have been a great help its just ashame that nukeroyal dont care about there customers. its now be nearly 5 days since perchasing it they have not respond infact they not reponded to a paypal dispute. just woundering if nukeroyal dont respond will i get my money back from paypal or would it mean i have lost it to nukeroyal

If they dont reply to the dispute you will automatically be awarded a refund.

well i have now ended the dispute and now put the claim in. i just need to wait 30 days and paypal have said they can not promise my 50 euros

ha i just rung the royalnuke support line they anwser in spanish and put the phone down on me they said they dont speak english if they dont speak english how come they have a website in english.

Yeah they cant promise it as they cant be certain that the funds are still in the offending paypal account.

And why they only claim to speak spanish is beyond me, very odd.

Seems NukeRoyal has gone down the pan, I thought they were doing well, although I havent seen kenis (the owner) for quite some time.
