hmm, ok i went into my mysql, and i dropped all the tables that had the prefix nuke_bb... i then went thru nuke.sql and added all the tables again, also restoring the subsilver into my templates folder....
i thought it would definitely work after that... but nope, same symptons, blank white page when i go into admin>forums, and blank when i try to access the forums module....
hmm, any ideas?

ok i just replaced all the files in /modules/forums.. it seemed to work afta that
with getting the other theme's pics 2 load up, i guess in all its files its not pointing to "/modules/forums" first, im guessing u need a 'special' phpnuke phpbb theme... so il jus stick wid subsilver
