A few questions....
What does this do, how do I install and is it very easy to install?

Features and installation instructions can be found in the archive file. You can download from the links as shown in starter msg post above. Extract all archive contents to a temporary directory, you can find installation instructions in /install.txt document. Features and some stuffs documented in /docs/*.txt (you can read /docs/filter.txt for main security features in Admin Secure).

Two archive formats provided, zip and tgz (tar/gzip).
Follow this link to download either of both format.

Be sure to follow installation instructions in exact order. Most problem usually that people upload/modified nuke files before they run asec.php for the first time. If you having installation/operation problems, feel free to post here. Smile

Yea...I have a question, What should I put in for:
$asec_dbconfig Should that be the name of the full MySQL database? like I would have my PHP-Nuke database as myusername_VercettiHQ
$asec_dbtable and here what do I put here...like the table prefix like nuke_table?
$asec_rand2 This and
$asec_rand1 This confuse me!

Sorry bit Im pretty stupid when it comes to stuff like this.

$asec_dbconfig - change this to anything, preferably not something easily guessed. Admin Secure installation will create the required table
$asec_dbtable - ditto
$asec_rand1 - a random string.. just start typing in letters Smile
$asec_rand2 - ditto

Go back through your admin and use the Authorization Codes saved from Admin Secure installation to access the system and restore your admin accounts.

Hi Jebong,
This mostly happen if you upload all nuke files (either edited manually or from supplied files) before running asec.php for the first time. As noted in installation manual, all steps should be done in proper order and shouldn't overlapping each other.

If your situation, please re-upload again your previous nuke files (admin.php, auth.php, mainfile.php), login as admin, then execute asec.php (first time you running it, it will automatically create db tables). Upon successful, you can now uploading modified nuke files as required by AS.

Good luck. Smile

I suggest to upgrade immediately to v1.7. There''s some exploits where not catched by v1.5.
