This will fix your problem.... I did this to fix the same problem (thanks to a little coaxing from AI).

First, get the users guide from phpBB2 (link provided)

The guide is only useful for beginners, but in some cases that’s enough.

Please goto the section of the guide that defines the "cookie domain".

Now, goto your forum configuration and whack the cookie domain. I mean, kill it and make it go away, astalavista, leave the text box blank.

To ensure that every one of your users will get onboard with the new program, rename the "cookie name". This ensures that you and all your users will have to start a new column for cookie data.

Now everything should work just fine. Save config and live a long happy life. Smile

I had www.mydomain.com and changed it to mydomain.com and it helped me...
