*FIXED it, I had to recreate the nuke_blocks table*

I suffered the same problem, then after trying the fix without success, just dropped the nuke_modules and nuke_blocks from the data base and reloaded the data from the sql file.
Worked a treat and although a couple of my blocks and modules need re-installed thats worked out a damn site easier than wading through the php scripts with me just being a newbie
