if someone makes a theme and puts it out for download they should include the header PSD file. Like me. i worked my Rainbow Brite off on making my top header the best it could by taking orginal text and pics off and let me tell u, its not easy.
do you agree they should include the header psd file?

Not always possible... sometimes design images using PaintShop Pro or PhotoImpact,
but we always include a blank logo in our downloads zip file

not all sites do tho, which makes it harder. look at the professionalism i had to do to mine with a chic on the top and text

Free theme with the header PSD file are pretty rare...
