new prob

im getting this error after instalation:

i created superadmin account, but whenever i click something in ADMIN PANEL, it asks me 2 sign in again which i did, but just get taken bac 2 ADMIN PANEL again and again, + as u can c i got a few errors on main page.

P.S do i need 2 chmod all files and folders? i mainly used the IDIOTS GUIDE for instalation, but it dont mention chmodding files/folders, any help wud be grateful.. thx
