I'm using the 3D theme as the basis for a custom one on RacingDiva.com
For the life of me I can't find the place to make everything outside of the blocks grey (#808080).
If someone would point at the place(s) to control this it would be greatly appreciated.
My Art Director is begining to threaten me:)
Thanks.

Zhen-Xjell, Thanks for the reply.
If you could take time to surf to racingdiva.com you could see what I'm after.
Basically anything that's not a block I'd like to change to grey.
Thanks again,

in the theme.php file, look for bgcolor and change it to the color you want.

AH! Forgot to get my host to make php the default extesion. Thanks!
Just added an asp page with a redirect.
Please try again if you have the patience.
Changing bgcolors in the themes page didn't do the trick. |

Didn't do it.
I may have to try and build one from scratch (arghhhhh!) but at least then I'll learn some more about Nukes insides.
BUT if you come up with the object that I need to address, it would get me going now.
Thanks ArtificialIntel |

which bgcolor did you change? the one I was on about was the one in the body tag - <body bgcolor=\"color\"> in function themeheader.
If the bits that you want the color changing are the bits surrounding the blocks and stories etc. then you ahve to edit the images in the /theme/your-theme/images folder. Either that or remove the images and the table cells that they require from the theme.

ArtificialIntel,
I beat on every bgcolor in there
Actually the silver borders (images) I WANT to keep and have the background inside them be white (as it is).
I want everything else to be grey background. |

Actually think I've found the places to tweak.
I'll post when/if I get done.
THanks for the efforts!

Sorry, but where did you have to change the values?
I changed one in the header.html and the theme.php, but it doesn't look like I have all of them. Can someone point me to the others. Here's what I have so far:

You mean for the background? Usually your theme.php BODY tag section. |
