Install a theme that has been coded to 100% width, not fixed width |

My implementation requires 800x600. Is there no way I can tell forums to fill, say 98%? Then it will probably fit nicely? Where in the code can I start to play?
Sorry for the newb question. |

Then you need to install themes that are coded at fixed width i.e. 750 pixels.

Hi Dezina,
Perhaps I'm not making myself clear. I have already designed my site - it basically goes live any week now.
My only problem is that I don't know where to edit the forums code to make it populate a slightly smaller space. |

Visited, viewing in 1024 x 768, cannot see a problem
But if you wish to alter, then it would be in forum templates of your theme. As don't know how your theme is coded, regret at this stage, cannot help further. |

NukeNews is coded at 100%. Looking at your source code, theme is now fixed width of around 780 pixels and you are using adapted subsilver forum templates.
Play around with widths you have set.. matter of trial and error.. |

i'm looking at it with 800x600 and it just hangs over the edge just a little bit.
you may want to try and shrink the gray space just to the right of the left blocks.
the other thing just as a test can you remove one of the banners on top to see if they are causing it. |
