Go to admin~>Blocks~>
~> Put a name in the place for name~>
Put anything you want in the ~>
TEXT AREA~>
~>Choose where the block is to be center up or center down~>
~> Choose to activate or not~>
Click Create ~>~>
*Poof* Your Done!

many thank but i want this be like a module so that when user click on it , go to other section , like gallery or journal module an there are some block that i put anything ,

golabi, modules are just modules, they're not blocks. If you want a static place that refers to a module, then you have to create a Block, and tell it to access the modules tables.
